Future Wars attempts to capture various facets of the changing nature of warfare in the present age, how armies across the globe are coping with it, and its relevance to the Indian security scenario. The primary issues which appear to be involved here are: development and adoption of military technologies, the paramount importance of highly specialized human resource, as well as the urgent need for transformation in doctrines, organisations and, more importantly, mindsets.
